Returns & Exchanges

At Rusty, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
